Cellulose Ether HPMC for Construction Mortar

Cellulose ether HPMC is a non-ionic, water soluble white powder. It can be used as an agent of water retention, thickening, adhesive and dispersing, and also plays a role of protective colloid, stabilizer,suspension and film forming.

Hydroxypropyl Methyl Cellulose HPMC is a highly pure cotton cellulose as raw material, under alkaline conditions by special etherification and preparation.White or whitish powder.HPMC decreases with the decrease of methoxide content, increase of gel point, decrease of water solubility and decrease of surface activity.
Hydroxypropyl Methyl Cellulose HPMC has thickening ability, salt resistance, low ash powder, pH stability, water retention, dimensional stability, excellent film forming, and a wide range of enzyme resistance, dispersion and adhesion.

Our cellulose ether HPMC is widely used in tile adhesives, wall putty/skim coat, plaster/render mortars, EIFS, tile grouts, joint filler, self leveling compounds, detergents, ready to use paints and coatings, etc.
